Are your Pokémon cards authentic?
Yes. Every card we sell is genuine and comes from our own collection. Graded PSA and CGC slabs can be verified on the PSA or CGC website using the certification number on the label.
What do the raw card conditions mean?
Raw (ungraded) cards are listed as Near Mint, Lightly Played, Moderately Played or Heavily Played. Each listing shows real photos of the exact card you'll receive, so you can judge the condition yourself before buying.
How much is shipping?
Orders under $20 with 1–5 raw cards ship in an envelope for $2.99 (tracked with TCG Tracking). Orders from $20 to $99.99, or under $20 with 6+ cards or a graded slab, ship for $7.99 tracked. Orders of $100 or more ship free.
Is my order tracked and insured?
Every order is tracked. Orders of $125 or more ship tracked and insured with a signature required at delivery. Graded slabs are bubble-wrapped, shipped in a box and insured.
How fast do you ship?
Orders ship within 1–3 business days, and we email you the tracking link once your order is on its way.
Do you ship internationally?
Not right now. We currently ship to US addresses only.
How do I pay?
Checkout is handled securely by Stripe, which accepts major credit and debit cards. We never see or store your card number.
Can I return a card?
All sales are final, and we don't accept returns or exchanges. If you'd like more photos or details before buying, email us and we'll gladly help. If something is wrong with your order, email us with your order number.
